The Fall Feast was inspired by the Feed the Turkeys events held at Farm Sanctuary. The first Fall Feast on the Central Coast was held at a private residence in 2008 and the guest of honor was Parker, a turkey that was rescued from the FFA program. Every year following, the Fall Feast has grown and has inspired many people to see that we can be thankful at Thanksgiving without having to cause any harm. The Fall Feast menu is a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings: Tofurky and Field Roast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gluten free rice stuffing, roasted vegetables, sweet potatoes, red cabbage, cranberry relish, pie and more! It ‘s a popular event and has sold out in the last few years. The 2018 annual Fall Feast will be held this year on Sunday, November 11th at Happy Hen Animal Sanctuary. If you are interested in volunteering, we will post a call for volunteers and begin tickets sales for the event in mid to late October.
