Plant-Based Sustainable Nutrition, Agriculture and Culinary Arts program is launching this Fall 2021 semester, starts on August 16th!
Plant-Based Nutrition and CUL 249 Plant-Based Cuisine are going to be so much fun, and still have spots available. Students dive deep into the history and science of plant-based eating, and prepare delicious gourmet dishes in the comfort of their own homes – or wherever they may be in the world!
